Job applications

We use the information in your application to assess your suitability for the role you applied for and to communicate with you during recruitment. Access is limited to people involved in the recruitment process and service providers who support it.

If your application is unsuccessful, you may choose to allow us to retain your CV and application details for up to one year from the date of your application so that we can contact you about other roles that may suit your experience. This choice is optional and does not affect your application for the current role.

You may withdraw your consent to future recruitment at any time by emailing ap@generalconcrete.ro. We will then stop using your application for that purpose and delete it unless we need to retain limited information for a separate legal reason.

If you do not choose to be considered for future roles, we will delete your application within three months after the recruitment process closes, unless a legal obligation or a specific legal claim requires longer retention.

  • Other unsuccessful applications: for up to three months after the recruitment process closes.

  • Website security and technical records: for the period required to maintain website security, investigate technical errors and comply with applicable legal requirements.
